We are a composite local that consists of members from; Ministry of Labour, Community Safety and Correctional Services, Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, Ministry of Community and Social Services, Ministry of Children's Services, Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration, Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Ministry of Training and Ministry of Agriculture & Food/Rural Affairs. Our local is spread out and members can be found working in St Catharines, Welland and Niagara Falls, however the bulk of our membership is located at 301 St Paul St, Garden City Tower. We currently have around 170 members and are active in many campaigns and committees including; the St Catharines and District Labour Council, The Niagara Area Council; municipal and more. We have been through 2 strikes and many more battles, some we won and some we lost, but our strength never waivers. Keep up the good work!
